acid wash that cyl an see if its saveable,as for the bottom end i dont know looks to be the piston has been getting cooked for a while in compared to some of my other pistons that let go.

Just my opinion, but I'd start watching ebay, craigslist, etc... for cases and a crank. Since it's winter time you have time to be picky. Some people want an unreasonable amount of money for cases...
